Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest returns to Sydney for the third year this summer to take thousands of Survivors around a jam-packed 10km obstacle course.
10 massive obstacle zones will lie in wait for those brave enough to take on the world’s biggest urban adventure race series. Expect an almighty day out, perfect for those looking to test themselves.

Entry into the final wave, Timing chip, Race T-shirt, Rat Rag and Finisher’s medal.
You will arrive on site for 06:45 ready to sign in and be briefed ready for registration to open at 07:30. Your shift will end 30 minutes before the final wave, this will leave you plenty of time to get ready to race in the final wave at 12:15. We will make sure you are registered for the race in plenty of time.

Terms & Conditions
Once you have signed up for your shift, all you need to do is arrive on site at your notified briefing time where your duties will be explained to you. Unless you have been notified otherwise you will not be fed before during or after your shift so you should bring with you whatever food and refreshments you require.
Water will be available.
You will receive an email from Rat Race 2 weeks prior to the event with your briefing time and where to go when you arrive onsite. You will need to sign in and out of your shift. If you do not complete your shift satisfactorily, Rat Race reserves the right to withdraw your place in the final wave.
If you are interested please contact Rat Race as soon as possible with the chosen area you would like to work in. Please note this is on a first come basis: whilst we will try to accommodate your choice of work, by applying for event village duties you agree to be allocated to any of these areas according to operational requirements.
